Nose/Palate:

Floral notes of lilies, violets, and roses; chalky/gravelly minerality; black plum,                     blueberry, nectarine, kirsch, anise seed, Thai basil, cocoa nib.

Texture:

Rich; elegant but firm tannins; full, satiny mouthfeel; palate cleansing acidity.

Finish:

Satin tannins give way to a clean finish with medium acidity as well as plum, soy,           savory-herb and vibrant mineral qualities.
